In the event a student cancels a class/classes within fewer than 72 hours from the scheduled date and time, or does not attend a scheduled class or classes, the fee for the class or classes will be charged.
In the event the teacher must cancel a class/classes, the student will be notified in as timely a manner as possible, and the fee for the class/classes will not be charged.
With respect to online classes and internet connections: In the event there are connection problems which make it difficult to properly carry out a class, the fee for that class will not be charged and the teacher will attempt to reschedule the lesson for another time.
